Announcements |
We are proud to announce that we have been selected by the American Humane Association to participate in their Very Best Pet Network.
The Very Best Pet Network is an adoption program aimed at finding much needed homes for up to 125,000 pets in 2002.
Mobilizing approximately 2,500 animal welfare organizations nationwide, the groundbreaking Network is expected to significantly increase pet adoptions by raising consumer awareness for local shelter/rescue animals. At the heart of the program is a foundation of over 2,700 Wal-Mart
stores partnering with local animal shelters/rescue groups to help educate Americans about the joys, opportunities and responsibilities of adopting a pet. Please visit Wal-Mart at: 8160 Macedonia Commons Blvd., Macedonia, OH to see pictures of our currently available boxers! |
Got any empty inkjet or laser cartridges laying around? Send them to us!! We recently joined a program that will pay us cash for your empty cartridges.Just pack them up and send them to PO Box 111111, Cleveland, OH 44111. Thank you for your support! |

About Us |
Lighthouse Boxer Rescue is a non-profit boxer rescue organization
dedicated to the rescue and re-homing of displaced boxers and to
educating the public on the importance of responsible pet care.
Our organization takes in boxers from animal shelters, owner surrenders,
and/or stray turn-ins and places them in a trained foster home to
be evaluated, vetted, and spay/neutered prior to being placed in adoptive homes. (more...)
